Your Profile: Where Passion Meets Purpose

If you have recruitment experience—or are eager to get started—and possess the following qualities, we’d love to have you on our team!

  • Languages: Fluent in German (a must), with solid English skills. French? That’s a bonus!
  • Sales or Customer Experience: A background in sales, call centers, or customer service? Huge plus.
  • Startup Enthusiast: A startup mindset is essential. You’re open-minded, adaptable, and ready to wear multiple hats with an all-hands-on-deck attitude.
  • Communication Skills: You’re persistent, approachable, and thrive on connecting with people at all levels.
  • Tech Curious: A natural interest in IT and emerging tech keeps you ahead of the curve.
  • Extra Nice to Have: Experience in a startup environment is a plus, but a strong drive to learn and grow in one is essential.

We work across 3 countries. That's why it's especially important to have regular exchanges, even outside of work. For example, we all travel together 1-2 times a year to a European city (or to the mountains in Switzerland) and relax.

That's why we promote more individual ways & flexible working time models, and also leave the decision between a B2B contract and a regular employment contract up to you.

Training & Coaching

You will receive personal coaching and workshops to develop impeccable skills in the areas of: Research, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communication and much more. After the induction period, you will still have 10% of your working time available for training & self-study.
