In this challenging position, you will play a part in helping the coolest Swiss IT companies find new employees. These are your main tasks:

  • You scan the internet for IT talents and other professionals. You use LinkedIn, social networks, Google, databases and other channels.
  • You maintain our CRM system (Salesforce) and have an eye for data quality.
  • During a project you will work closely with an ambitious and highly qualified team of Relationship Managers, Recruitment Consultants, Digital Campaign Managers, Designers, Content Writers and others.
  • There are no limits to your development and creativity. You are always looking for new tools and sources.
  • You proactively participate in the growth of a start-up with unconventional ideas.

  • You are interested in new technologies and are willing to expand your knowledge in the field of IT.
  • You are confident in the online world and already have experience with internet research and online databases.
  • You are a self-starter, have a hands-on attitude and want to make a difference.
  • Do you have experience in recruiting or with Switzerland? Perfect!
  • You enjoy working with German and English in an international team.

Events & Trips

We work across 3 countries. That's why it's especially important to have regular exchanges, even outside of work. For example, we all travel together 1-2 times a year to a European city (or to the mountains in Switzerland) and relax.
